The Amplify Music Investment Summit is a business conference hosted live in person in New York City on May 8, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). A ticket is required for each person to attend the Event. Event tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) may also be referred to as “Badges” or “Credentials.” Ticket holder shall be referred to as “You," Your" or “Registrant.” The Amplify Music Investment Summit may also be referred to as “Amplify.”

Your Amplify Ticket grants access to attend the conference pursuant to the terms and conditions herein and your use of Event Credentials acknowledges that You have reviewed and accept these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are unacceptable to You, please do not purchase or accept tickets to the Event and DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT.

WITH THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND COMFORT OF OUR ATTENDEES, PARTNERS AND STAFF AS OUR TOP PRIORITY, AMPLIFY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST ITS POLICIES PURSUANT TO CURRENT HEALTH- OR SAFETY-RELATED CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE. Accordingly, pursuant to such health- and/or safety-related conditions, at any time prior to or during the Event, Amplify reserves the right to substitute any or all Event-related activities that may previously have been announced as live, in-person events with Event-related activities viewable solely online via a content-specific URL on an interactive platform such as Zoom.

REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Only Tickets obtained through official Event sites or Event affiliates shall be valid and approved for entry to Event. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and as such are void. Tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request to tickets@amplifyinvestmentsummit.com no later than April 25, 2026. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced Badge(s), Badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the Registrant. BADGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED. A full Badge fee will be charged to obtain a duplicate Badge.

By purchasing, accepting or utilizing Event Credentials You are authorizing Amplify to communicate with You, via Your submitted email, information regarding the Event or future editions of the Event, its participants, partners and/or sponsors. You may unsubscribe to all such communications at any time. Amplify shall not sell or otherwise distribute Your email address or other submitted information to third parties.

Amplify, MUSQ LLC, the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the Registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur pursuant to Registrant’s attendance of the Event including but not limited to the COVID-19 virus, other health- or safety-related conditions and/or illnesses. Purchase and/or use of an Amplify Ticket acknowledges Registrant’s agreement to release Amplify, MUSQ LLC and the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives from any related claims. At any time during the Event, Amplify reserves the right to revoke Badges and/or Credentials, without refund, and expel a Registrant for non-compliance with these terms or if Registrant’s actions are deemed unsafe, unacceptable or improper. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography of any images of Event without pre-approved authorization in writing from Amplify is strictly prohibited. By attending the Event, Registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped and grant permission to Amplify to capture a Registrant’s image, likeness, audio, actions or statements without any claims to monetary compensation.
